An initial contact!
- Book some time with me and let’s have a first chat! This will allow us to get to know each other but also to define your needs, discuss your goals & ideas. It is important to understand the visual identity and message you wish to bring to the world through your mission and vision.
- We will discuss the development phases of the project, define expectations & deadlines.
Guidelines, 3…2…1…Go!
- I will start by putting together some preliminary guidelines, so you can examine the vital elements put together for the project, have an initial idea of the concept and content, before validating the creative aspect.
- Regular exchanges and meetings will be held to ensure you are satisfied with each stage of the project, until completion.
For temporary projects « Ce n’est qu’un Aurevoir !” (This is just a goodbye)
- Once the project is complete, all files created, logins, digital materials will be handed over back to you with all relevant details.
- I will then happily wait for another opportunity to work with you or be very pleased to be referred within your network.
For long-term projects, such as maintaining websites and social media channels
- We will keep updating each other on a weekly basis on needs, future projects, or events, and put in place an Editorial Calendar allowing for an efficient organisation of the year ahead.
- For more in-depth projects, with having to build everything from scratch, we will determine project phases throughout the year, priorities, and deadlines.
- Once our contract comes to an end, I am hoping we can consider each other lifelong partners & friends with the goal of continuing to support wildlife, communities, and the planet together!
Options
- Hourly arrangements at an agreed rate – you will receive a quote with a 50% down payment, and the remaining 50% final payment with be settled by invoice at completion of the project.
- Daily or weekly rates for short term contracts, and a monthly fee for long term contracts. Fees will be agreed according to the size of the project, the type of organisation, and the number of hours agreed upon.
- Wherever possible, depending on Covid19 travel restrictions and funding possibilities, I am more than willing to travel to a project’s location for inspiration, to connect with the team and the environment, and to take photos/videos for the project and its promotion.
Payments will be made online through a secure credit card banking system
